**Description** The Client Manager plays a key role in supporting the Surety team at WTW, helping deliver innovative surety solutions to clients worldwide. This role is responsible for managing surety client accounts, including handling account renewals, onboarding new clients, and ensuring compliance with surety carrier requirements. The Client Manager works closely with internal teams, surety carriers, and clients to facilitate bond execution through carrier portals, manage accounts receivable, and maintain accurate documentation. As part of WTW’s Commercial Surety practice, the Client Manager will help provide seamless service and support to clients across industries, ensuring they have access to customized surety programs designed to meet their business needs. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a client-focused mindset to deliver superior service. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
