Client Manager - Surety
**Description** The Client Manager plays a key role in supporting the Surety team at WTW, helping deliver innovative surety solutions to clients worldwide. This role is responsible for managing surety client accounts, including handling account renewals, onboarding new clients, and ensuring compliance with surety carrier requirements. The Client Manager works closely with internal teams, surety carriers, and clients to facilitate bond execution through carrier portals, manage accounts receivable, and maintain accurate documentation. As part of WTW’s Commercial Surety practice, the Client Manager will help provide seamless service and support to clients across industries, ensuring they have access to customized surety programs designed to meet their business needs. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a client-focused mindset to deliver superior service. Note that visa employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity. **The Role** + Manage renewable business 60 days in advance + Manage and collect on accounts receivable items + Coordination with internal and external contacts to resolve accounting discrepancies + Support of new client onboarding processes + Management of required surety carrier documents + Support on new bond execution in surety carrier portals + Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients/peers/surety carriers + Support other surety staff as needed or assigned + Attend client meetings as required **Qualifications** **The Requirements** + Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills + Possesses excellent interpersonal skills + Qualified candidates will be those who demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills, strong time management, teamwork and prioritization skills, and highly effective customer service capabilities + Ability to handle multiple priorities using sound judgment and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment + Strong decision-making capabilities + Must be results oriented + Ability to provide superior customer service to the client and the sureties + Strong organizational skills in prioritizing duties and multi-tasking, with the ability to consistently meet deadlines + Ability to learn and utilize EPIC + Independently carry out specific assignments and tasks This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified. **Compensation and Benefits** Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation. This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified. **Compensation** The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 USD per year.
