Client Manager - Cybersecurity

Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Overview:** The Client Manager - Cybersecurity is a **quota-carrying** role responsible for driving security solution sales by hunting **new logos** , converting qualified leads and expanding opportunities within existing accounts. This role collaborates closely with a technical teams to position tailored security solutions that address client needs and business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** + Own and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed assigned security revenue targets. + Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new territories. + Collaborate with securitypre-sales architects to design and present compelling security solutions. + Engage clients at multiple levels to understand business goals and align solutions accordingly. + Deliver impactful presentations and workshops to articulate value propositions and solution benefits. + Possess deep knowledge in selected security domains such as EDR/XDR, NDR, MDR/SOC, Zero Trust, SASE, Cloud Security, OT Security, IAM, Network Security, Application Security (Expertise in all areas is not required, but familiarity with multiple domains is preferred). + Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and vendor offerings. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant EU cybersecurity and AI regulations, including the NIS2 Directive and the EU AI Act, to effectively advise clients operating in regulated sectors. Understand how these regulations impact security solution design, risk management, and compliance obligations across industries such as healthcare, finance, energy, and digital infrastructure. + Develop and maintain account plans, opportunity forecasts, and sales strategies. + Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate scoping, proposal development, and deal closure. + Contribute to brand recognition and thought leadership in the security space. **Required Skills and Experience:** + Proven track record in security solution sales, with consistent overachievement of targets. + Familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks such as NIS2 and the AI Act, and their implications for clients. + Experience selling complex solutions to C-level executives, especially CISOs. + Ability to conduct gap analyses, identify risks, and recommend tailored solutions. + Skilled in negotiation, consultative selling, and stakeholder management. + Familiarity with IT managed services and solution-based selling methodologies. + Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field preferred. + Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ are advantageous. + Certified in structured sales methodologies and negotiation techniques. **We Offer:** + Employment contract & hybrid work with flexible working hours, + Necessary work tools (laptop, iPhone, company car), + Private medical care with dental/partner/family option, + Employee Assistance Program (e.g. psychological), + Cafeteria platform covering sports cards, cinema/theatre tickets, + Group life insurance, + Individual training budget, + Online training platform, + Employee Retirement Program, + Shorter Fridays (we work until 2:30 PM), + Additional (birthday/charity) days off. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
