About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives, through high-quality Account Management.

Responsibilities

Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targetsAchieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunitiesIdentifying key account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of Lexis Nexis productsEnsuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contactWorking with other internal departments including Marketing, Customer Success and Strategy to feedback trends to help shape our go to market actions.Educating customers with thought leadership and expert market knowledge.Meeting with senior decision makers and stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend solutions.


Requirements

Be results and target driven with a self motivated aptitudeHave excellent communication skills essential, as well as time management and planningDemonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, leveraging data & insight and proven sales methodology to close opportunitiesHave experience working within a B2B sales/customer service environment and retaining and growing customersPossess the ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
