The opportunity:
We are currently sourcing a Melbourne or Sydney based Client Lead to manage the relationship and stakeholder engagement with one of AIA’s largest Master Trust fund partners. You will also manage the relationship with external parties in relation to this partner, including reinsurers, consultants and other key market players in order to support the delivery of objectives.
To do this successfully you will:
Provide leadership and support to the Client Development Team and their continued improvement of the Client Development Model in order to drive exceptional client satisfaction across the portfolio, as well as a leading relationship management capability within the marketSupport the Client Development Managers in their relationship management so as to deliver on retention objectivesDrive the sharing of ideas and collaboration across the Group Distribution Channel and broader Group Insurance business, as well as with our other key internal partners (Group Operations, Finance, Actuarial etc.)Management of expenses within allocated budget, as well as management and forecasting of production budgetPerform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet reasonable operational and/or other requirements.Successful applications will demonstrate:
Experience working within the life insurance industry with a deep understanding of financial services, product development and pricing within group insurancePrevious experience delivering propositions and providing exceptional customer experience, particularly in relation to execution and agility to review plans for successA deep understanding of customer needs, behaviours and preferences with regards to Life insuranceStrong project delivery experienceExceptional negotiation skills and commercial acumenStrong leadership experience and the ability to engage leaders with strategic visionWhy choose AIA:
