Motivated professionals with a positive attitude are invited to apply! Job Summary Price Benowitz, LLP is seeking a full-time Client Intake Specialist to join their growing team. The Client Intake Specialist's main objective is interacting with prospective clients to ensure the prompt signing of appropriate cases and establishing a quality relationship between the prospective client and the firm. This role is remote and can be based anywhere in Latin America. Candidates must be willing to train from 9:00 am-6:00 pm (EST) Monday-Friday for 4-8 weeks (depending on training needs). Candidates will be trained on all intake types, gathering basic information to pre-qualify leads and arrange for a consultation on  qualified leads or hot transferring to an on call escalator. After training, the candidate will transition to the late shift. The late shift will EITHER be Monday - Friday 4:00 pm – 1:00 am (EST) (Off Saturday & Sunday) OR Saturday - Wednesday 4:00 pm – 1:00 am (EST) (Off Thursday & Friday) with a 30 min break per day.   The Hiring Manager will determine the shift you are assigned to. Responsibilities and Duties + Serve as the primary point of contact and evaluate potential cases based on established criteria and sign those cases over the phone. + Promptly and professionally answer a high volume of inbound calls. + Respond to potential clients via phone, email, and chat. + Coordinate and assist with the intake schedules for attorneys or intake attorneys as needed. + Perform client relation responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills + Prior client intake experience highly preferred. + Strong sales skills. + Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. + Ability to multitask with interruptions in a fast-paced environment. + Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and discretion. + Fluency in English is required (C2 Level).
