The Manager, Client Implementations oversees the Client Implementation Specialist TEAM, including hiring, on-boarding, training, developing, retaining and transitioning TEAM-members as needed. This role is responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction (Buyers, Financial Institutions, Business Partners) during the on-boarding process. WHAT YOU GET TO DO Buyer Enablement Support pre-sales process by providing expertise regarding operational implementation Lead IT and business integration of PrimeRevenue solution for new clients, from technical and process design, user acceptance testing till project go-live and aftercare Implementation support of existing clients, managing upgrades, migrations, scope expanding, etc. Financial Institution Enablement Lead new funder onboarding onto the PrimeRevenue platform, for both trading and supplier onboarding platforms Design technical and process solution for a participating funder Coordinate data files transfer implementation and payment instructions files development Business Partner Support Lead operational onboarding of business partners in the region (e.g. channel partners or resellers) Solution design lead for partner specific issues that may require technology enhancements or innovative process enhancements Relationship manager for business partner operations – the “go to resource” that the business partner can always rely on General Responsibilities Track and control tasks, deliverables, milestones and project issues for all assigned projects Lead other implementation projects to support existing clients, such as system migrations and upgrades, data files format updates, introducing new payment instruction file formats, etc. Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external peers on product features and program design Daily operational tasks, such as supplier bank account validation and activation, daily payments reconciliation Working on cases escalated by L1 Support Regional Leadership Responsibilities Provide oversight, coaching, management, and leadership for the TEAM, including managing performance. Administrate case assignments for regional staff. Act as the escalation point for the CIS TEAM in their region. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Experience with project management type of work in an international organization, such as process or systems implementation, change management, migrations or similar Good understanding of ERP systems, system landscape and technical processes involved, having worked in both production and test environment Knowledge of business operations, ideally in Accounts Payables, invoicing and finance field Excellent organizational and planning skills Proven ability to communicate effectively (issues escalation, scheduling meetings to resolve issues, updating on the progress and listening and understanding stakeholders’ pain points) Ability to effectively present complex material and concepts WHAT IS PRIMEREVENUE ABOUT: Established in 2003, PrimeRevenue is the leader in working capital financial technology solutions.
