Are you ready to take ownership of a strategic client relationship and be the driving force behind new business growth in one of Latin America’s most dynamic markets?
We’re looking for a Client Growth Manager to lead the local relationship of a key regional account based in Argentina within our mass insurance distribution channel. As Prudential does not have a direct operation in the country, you’ll play a mission-critical role — acting as our eyes, ears, and voice on the ground. You will also have a unique opportunity to pioneer business development efforts and deepen partnerships with local players, helping Prudential expand its footprint and purpose in the region.
What You’ll Do
Client Leadership & Relationship Management
Be the local owner of a high-impact regional client, building trusted relationships with both the client and partner carrier.Ensure strong delivery and alignment even in the absence of a local Prudential entity — you are the anchor of continuity and trust.Monitor performance metrics, identify operational gaps, and elevate opportunities to regional leadership.Collaborate with regional teams on joint business planning, client engagement strategies, and rollout of global initiatives.Coordinate internal stakeholders across product, legal, marketing, and operations to deliver tailored, high-performing solutions.Drive quarterly business reviews, performance reporting, and local commercial governance processes.Partner in contract renewals, risk reviews, and negotiations, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal standards.Growth & Market Expansion
Spearhead local prospecting efforts in Argentina, developing commercial relationships with TPAs, embedded insurance players, and other strategic allies.Contribute to the identification and early engagement of new regional opportunities, supporting our pipeline with market intel and benchmarking.Act as a strategic connector between Prudential’s local ambitions and its global capabilities.What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Economics, or related fields; MBA is a plus.5+ years of experience in client management, business development, or partnerships — ideally in the insurance, fintech, or financial services space.Solid understanding of Argentina’s insurance landscape, including distribution models and regulatory environment.Strong track record managing third-party carriers, TPAs, and multi-stakeholder dynamics.Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (required).Strategic thinker with hands-on drive, adaptability, and the ability to operate independently.Strong relationship builder and natural influencer — you thrive in matrixed and multicultural environments.Why Join Us?
