**Introduction** The End-to-End Lease Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lease lifecycle, from lease inception to end-of-lease processes. This includes collaboration with Sales, Local Office colleagues, and other departments (Pricing, Accounting, Credit, F&P), as well as disbursements to Business Partners, accurate customer invoicing, asset management, and handling customer queries and disputes. The role ensures high customer satisfaction through efficient operations, timely response to requests, and proactive problem-solving. **Your role and responsibilities** • Ensure high customer satisfaction by swiftly processing BP payments, customer billing, lease inception, and end-of-lease activities. • Perform all administrative tasks according to working instructions, keep them up to date, and ensure satisfactory Business Control status. • Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and achieve SAT ratings for all internal audits, Continuous Self-Assessments, and Business Control reviews. • Develop and maintain positive and supportive relationships with the IBM Financing team, customers, and business partners. • Actively communicate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure a positive atmosphere and contribute to high customer satisfaction and business growth. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Fluent in English and Spanish • Good organizational skills and sense of ownership • Ability to understand and adapt to process changes • Strong communication skills to interact with various departments and stakeholders • Proactive problem-solving and follow-up skills to meet targets and ensure high-quality outcomes **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Preferable financial background • Preferable native Spanish IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
