Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern with a strong interest in administration and real estate finance to join our Client Finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the management of real estate portfolios including Funds, Consortia, and Asset Management Companies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Receivable Support:

Issue and deliver tax documents (invoices, credit notes) via the client’s tax portal

Invoice registration taxes and ISTAT adjustments based on lease agreements

Record incoming payments and assist in overdue receivables management

Monitor payment deadlines and send reminders to defaulting tenants

Support in handling delinquent receivables cases

2. Accounts Payable Support:

Record incoming invoices and credit notes in the management system

Assist in invoice authorization, payment verification, and documentation

Help prepare payment batches and maintain supplier relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields

Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (written and spoken)

Interest in administrative finance and real estate operations

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools

Team player with good communication skills
