Client Finance Analyst

Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office three days per week and remotely the other two days each week. Overview The full-time Client Finance Analyst will work closely with the Finance, Operations and Field Office Teams in managing day-to-day financial responsibilities and deadlines on behalf of the Toyota Retail account. Responsibilities The Client Finance Analyst role has distinctive responsibilities as well as typical Client Financial responsibilities. It includes, though is not limited to, the following: Overseeing, reviewing and approving Media & Production Budgets, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate their accuracy Assessing that client revenue/outflows align with project forecasts Reviewing Client Billing, identifying and addressing discrepancies while ensuring all charges are accurate Creating monthly Budget Summaries for client review and authorization Evaluating and approving Production Jobs, confirming they meet project requirements Preparing monthly Co-op Reimbursements, ensuring requests are submitted accurately and adhere to established deadlines Interacting regularly with various teams and field offices on client budgets and financial reporting Other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes Strong sense of initiative and solutions oriented Keen attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical abilities Requirements: 3-5 years of Agency Finance Experience Full-time position with hybrid in-office time required Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel Prior experience with the Media Ocean/ Prisma platform is desirable Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
