As a vital member of the Fiserv Academy team, you will enhance client experiences, provide strategic solutions, and ensure seamless integration and governance of key systems. Join us in shaping the future of financial services, empowering our clients to achieve excellence in a fast-paced digital landscape. **What you will do:** + Build and maintain strong relationships with Fiserv Academy teams, cross-business Fiserv roles, and clients to understand and deliver tailored outcomes. + Consult and advise on Fiserv products and services, providing insights on strategy, best practices, effective utilization, and innovative applications. + Collaborate with teams to support smooth onboarding and integration of technology solutions. + Focus on key platform systems to ensure seamless operations and governance while enhancing user experience. + Gather client feedback and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and innovations. + Track and report on client success metrics, including productivity, performance, ROI, and satisfaction levels, using tools such as Power BI and Excel. + Help set the vision for the client experience by identifying immediate actions, mid-range plans, and long-term objectives. **What you will need to have:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, related fields, and/or equivalent military experience. + 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the technology or financial services industry with a focus on system management, integration, and reporting. + 6+ years of experience in project management. + 6+ years of experience with tools such as Zoomin, Cornerstone OnDemand, and Salesforce CRM. + 6+ years of experience using analytical tools like Power BI and Excel. **Important information about this role:** + This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity. + In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship, now or in the future. **Salary Range** $68,100.00 - $121,600.00 _These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California.
