Role OverviewWe are in search of an individual who possesses a fervent passion for both numbers and effective communication, ideally within the FMCG sector. This person diligently collects and processes data, consistently meeting objectives in a punctual and accurate manner. They are committed to enhancing processes, elevating standards, minimizing errors, and addressing any oversights. Drawing insights and conclusions, this candidate adeptly analyzes data and situations to validate the necessity for improvement actions, thereby establishing the credibility of available information. They exhibit adaptability in the face of changing circumstances, persistently aiming for successful outcomes.

Key OutcomesCollaborate within the scope of projects/proposals with those responsible for the area.Follow up on the project calendar with those responsible for the areas and all other teams that are associated with the project activities/proposals.Contribute to the development of workflows and manage schedules and changes.Work on data analysis, to ensure an optimal presentation of results to the client/manager, in accordance with their expectations.Proactively collaborate in the creation of insights/recommendations to be delivered and presented to the client.4/5 week integration and training plan.Key CapabilitiesYour background will ideally look like this…
Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Sociology, Economics, Management, or similar qualification. Experience in market research is valued.Experience and autonomy in Excel and PowerPoint are valued.Highly adaptable with the ability to work effectively in different cultural and technical environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to deal comfortably with different stakeholders across the organization and facilitate the approach of themes/topics in a sensitive but proactive way.Dynamism, optimism, resilience and team spirit to overcome challenges to meet service deliveries.Proficiency in English is required and knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage.Eligible to take part in IEFP's Estágios+Talento programme#LI-EF1
