The role 
This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a driven insurance professional with a proven track record. You will manage your own portfolio of clients with diverse and often complex needs, including major global accounts. You’ll be responsible for deepening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering innovative risk solutions that create lasting value.

Act as a strategic advisor, delivering tailored risk and insurance solutions across our full suite of services Manage a portfolio of national and international clients, building strong, long-term partnerships Lead complex client engagements independently, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments to proactively advise and support your clients Collaborate closely with colleagues across WTW’s global network to deliver exceptional client value

About you:

Minimum 4 years of experience in the insurance industryStrong commercial mindset and ability to spot and pursue growth opportunitiesProven ability to manage large and complex clients with confidenceA dynamic, self-driven team player who thrives on autonomy and adapts well to changeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills—you're a people person who builds trust quicklyFluency in Finnish and English is essential
