Client Executive (Aviation and Aerospace) - Open to Aerospace Engineer Graduate
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Aviation team. This role will be based in Hong Kong. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the officWe will count on you to:Consult with clients to assess their service requirements and insurance needs within the Aviation and Aerospace sectors.Provide expert advice on emerging products, market trends, and conditions that may affect insurance coverage.Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement tailored risk management strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals, reports, and other client-facing materials.Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.Support the team in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the practice.Travel will be required for training, client and underwriter visits, attending conference and industry forums.What you need to have:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Risk Management, Aerospace Engineering).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information in both Chinese and English.Good verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.Ability to work collaboratively within the global aviation and Space team and independently as needed.A keen interest in the Aviation and Aerospace sectors and a desire to develop professional skills in this area.Previous experience in insurance, risk management, client service or a related field is a plus but not essential as comprehensive training will be givenWhy join our team:A dynamic, friendly and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.Investment in our people - Access to industry-leading training, including one on one sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. Opportunities to network and collaborate with experienced colleagues, clients, insurers, partners, and other industry peers.In depth exposure on global industry practices combined with multi-cultural expertise.
