We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh Oman. This role will be based in Muscat.
As a client executive, you will play a key role in delivering tailored risk solutions and supporting client success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with industry professionals, leveraging your analytical skills to make a meaningful impact in the insurance and risk management landscape.
We will count on you to:
Analyze client data and compile research results using spreadsheets, company databases and other computer systems to help with the development of client solutions.
Write research reports for assigned accounts, highlighting their business risks to assist the broker.
Cultivate a thorough understanding of markets to better assist the Broker.
Support negotiation activities with carriers and secure and compare submissions to provide the best service to clients.
Participate in the analysis of clients’ existing programs and requirements by reviewing current policies and formulating recommendations for customized risk solutions to assist the broker in developing client solutions.
Assist team members with the development of underwriting specifications and preparation of proposal presentations for existing and prospective clients.
Attend client meetings as a part of the team to learn more about the business and better assist clients and brokers.
What you need to have:
An educational background in Finance, Accounting or Risk Management.
A fresh graduate
You are an Omani national
