Client Executive
**Job Summary** As a Client Executive at NetApp Korea, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our key clients. Your role will focus on understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and driving the growth of NetApp’s business within the Korean market. You will be a senior member of the sales team, leveraging your extensive experience and industry knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop a thorough understanding of NetApp products and services to effectively communicate all offerings to the client. + Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to secure and grow accounts. + Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and propose NetApp solutions that provide value and drive client success. + Lead the negotiation and closure of sales deals, ensuring that all sales opportunities are maximized. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, technical support, product development, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. + Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Korean market to inform strategic planning and positioning of NetApp solutions. + Act as a liaison between the client and NetApp’s internal teams, ensuring that client issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. + Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. + Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis. + Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a strong customer advocacy approach. **Job Requirements** **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. + Proven track record of success in a client-facing sales role, particularly within the technology or data management sectors. + Strong understanding of the Korean business environment and technology market. + Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in both Korean and English. + Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to develop and implement strategic sales plans. + Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. **Experience:** + Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in sales or account management, with a focus on technology solutions. + Experience working with enterprise-level clients is highly desirable. 131231 At NetApp, we embrace a hybrid working environment designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees.
