We are seeking a talented individual to join our [Private Equity and M&A Services] team. This role will be based in [Tokyo]. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

マーシュのグローバルプラクティスであるPEMA（Private Equity and M&A services）は、クライアントのM&A取引を成功に導く保険ソリューションやアドバイスを提供しています。この度東京オフィスにて法人営業職ならびにPEユニットマネジャーを募集します。PEMAは表明保証保険などのM&A関連の保険契約手配、新規顧客開拓、および保険関連サービスを主業務としています。投資銀行、弁護士事務所、PEファンド、大手事業法人などを主なクライアントとしています。

We will count on you to（主な業務内容）：

既存顧客との関係性構築、および新規顧客の開拓、M&Aやプライベート・エクイティ関連プロジェクトの管理などを担当。証券会社、投資銀行、弁護士事務所及び企業に対して、企業買収の表明保証保険、環境賠償責任保険及び買収後の保険プログラムの提案・手配を行う。

ＰＥユニットマネジャーについては以下をご担当いただきます。

プレイングマネジャーとして、PEファンドなどとの関係を新たに構築・深耕し、表明保証保険やクロージング後の保険契約の販売を拡大する。PEファンドや太陽光発電所などのリニューアブルエナジー関連の保険契約を取り扱うチームを率いて、部下の管理・育成を行う。保険デューデリジェンスレポートなど（和文・英文）を作成し、社内の関係者やMMCグループ企業、保険会社との交渉を行う。

What you need to have（必要な経験・スキル）：

損害保険会社の法人営業職を経験（企業系営業部であれば尚可）ビジネスレベルの英語力必須（チーム内での公用語は英語）PCスキル：Outlook、Excel、Word、PowerPointのスキル
