Manage a Portfolio of companies between 250M€ and 2Bn€ revenuesPenetrate existing clients and develop new clients with a strong focus on Industry Practices clients, but not limited to it.Close relations with Risk managers and BrokersWorking closely with all Lines of business and promote Global Chubb offerReport to both Major account segment leader and Industry Practice leader
Key Responsibilities
Execute the local distribution strategy and global offers including services for those mid-size companies between 250m and 2Bn€ revenues.Part of the responsibilities is to promote industry practices concept to final client of defined industries (Life Sciences, Technology, Climate, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Wine, Media)Build relationship with key “lower major” clients (500m to 2bn€) and expand to new onesResponsibility for all sales related to assigned portfolio, Chubb’s visibility, prospecting, cross-selling, new business pipeline management, monthly numbers reporting and updates on clients.Close adherence and understanding of internal profitability criteria, profit and appetiteLead, develop, engage and retain clients as appropriate.Provide global client overview to management and line of business, so that they understand context, opportunities and threat at a country and European level.Collaborate with the P&C Manager, Line Managers, segment leaders and Broker Relationship Leader to secure superior growth while maintaining underwriting disciplineThe role will interact with Brokers and Insureds, and requires an ability to engage, influence and manage various priorities within the Brokers businessDevelop new and existing brokers & clients relationships and maintain direct contacts with major clientsDefine a clear and differentiated Chubb value proposition for insuredsPromote our services (Claims, Captives, Risk Engineering and Global Services) as well as technological capabilities (Worldview) to differentiate Chubb in the marketMeet or exceed financial objectives and ensures that appropriate corrective actions are taken when required to achieve targetsAct as a role model and create a team spirit.Qualifications/Experience :
Excellent product know-how and expertise in the French insurance marketThe ideal candidate has a profound knowledge in one P&C line of business and a solid understanding of all other relevant product linesExtensive industry experience with either an insurer or broker background. Highly experienced in dealing with brokers, clients and insurers at a very senior level.Solid leadership skills and track record in managing teams both directly and indirectly. Ability to build networks, both internal and external. Leads by example and inspires others.Team player who can manage by influence with a desire to achieve superior results. Strategic thinker with the ability to engage people for performancePositive and can-do-attitude. Results driven with a willingness to make informed decisions and assume responsibilityStrong entrepreneurial spirit, interested in industries such as Life Sciences, Technology, Renewable energies, Luxury, Defense, Nuclear, Real Estate, Medias in France with a passion to grow it profitablyHard worker who likes to go the extra mile, driven by numbers, performance and resultsStrong communicator and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally, and to promote the Chubb brandFluent in French and EnglishHigh level of ethical standardsReadiness to occasionally travel across FranceQualifications/Experience :
