Client Director - Software Services Sales

As Client Director (f/m/d), you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer relationships while selling and developing solutions for our customers based on OpenText products. Collaborating closely with the OpenText Account Executive, you will help shape our valued customers' digital strategy for Information Management

 

Key responsibilities

Build and cultivate professional and trust-based customer relationshipsDevelop and maintain the service sales pipeline to achieve the specified sales targetsQualify customer needs and identify sales opportunitiesProvide effort estimates and collaborate on contract content with our internal teamsOversee the complete sales process, including proposal approval, development, presentation, and negotiationParticipate in requests for proposals (RFP/RFI)Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up after contract signing

 

Qualifications

Proven track record in the field of software services salesDemonstrated success in professional services salesStrong customer-centric focus, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding serviceWillingness to occasionally travel to customer locations and internal meetingsExcellent English language skills, both written and oral
