Your Impact

As a Client Director within OpenText Professional Services, you will be the trusted advisor guiding our clients to maximize ROI from their Enterprise Information Management (EIM) investments. You will play a dual role: driving revenue growth and ensuring customer success across the Middle East region. By building strong relationships with sales, presales, value engineering, partners, and contractors, you will shape solution realization journeys that include managed services, cloud services, learning programs, and custom solution development.

You will be accountable for creating a pipeline of opportunities, managing large-scale engagements, and taking full commercial responsibility for service delivery outcomes—delivering measurable results for both OpenText and our clients.

The opportunity to lead professional services sales and delivery with revenue responsibility.

Collaboration with diverse stakeholders including product sales, consulting, partners, and clients across the Middle East.

What You Need to Succeed

Education & Experience: University or Applied Sciences degree with 15+ years of relevant IM/IT experience.

Track Record: Proven success in selling and delivering professional services, including engagements exceeding $2M annually.

Industry Knowledge: Strong experience in account development across multiple industry sectors.

Leadership & Confidence: Senior-level experience, strong executive presence, and commercial negotiation skills.

Service Delivery Expertise: Deep understanding of project management, complex business/technical processes, and large-scale project planning and implementation.

Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
