Client Delivery Project Manager

What does a successful Project Manager do at Fiserv?

As a Fiserv Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex and strategic client-driven projects within a global context. Your responsibilities will encompass managing and coordinating all project activities, from initiation to implementation. This includes project kick-off, requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, production implementation, post-implementation review, status reporting, budget tracking, and capturing lessons learned. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and coordinate cross-company teams, ensuring successful project delivery.

What you will do:

Lead and Manage: Take charge of complex client-driven projects, overseeing them from kick-off to go-live.Accountability: Be accountable for delivering medium to large projects on time and within budget, ensuring they meet the client’s requirements.Client Communication: Assume primary responsibility for client communication from a project delivery perspective.Resource Allocation: Efficiently plan and allocate resources across multiple teams.Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to project methodologies, delivery processes, and implementation management practices.Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and issue/risk logs.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and control performance across all project aspects.Quality Solutions: Provide support to Fiserv’s delivery stream and customers, actively contributing to defining business requirements and delivering high-quality solutions.

What you will need to have:

3-5 years’ experience in a similar roleProven success in delivering medium to large complex client driven projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfactionPrevious experience in a client facing Project Management position.Strong knowledge of the software development cycleCompetence at chairing and facilitating project status review meetings with both internal stakeholders and clients.Ability to work independently and in a team environment across geographical boundaries.Proficiency in Microsoft Office ToolsConfident in Presentation Preparation: Skilled at creating compelling presentations, proposing effective solutions, and driving informed decisions.
