A day in the life.

As our Client Coordinator on the Medicare & Individual Life team, you’ll assist Medicare agents with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing client materials. Also, you will serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to Medicare, Individual Health and Life Insurance plans, benefits, and eligibility. We’ll rely on you to assist with servicing individual Medicare, Individual Health and Life Insurance policies, including processing changes, renewals, and claims as needed. Finally, you will prepare the delivery of new and renewal policies, including setting up both the insured and agency copies as needed, verify compliance with order instructions, checking company forms and accuracy of coverage limits.

High school diploma or equivalentGood interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.Be a self-starter and problem solver.Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related fieldLife & Health Insurance License required within 3 months of hire
