Job DescriptionU.S. Bank is looking for a Client Communications Manager to develop, coordinate, and implement non-promotional communication strategies that support the business line's objectives. The ideal candidate should be able to lead and manage projects with minimal guidance, and create communication strategies that are clear, customer-focused, and aligned with the brand.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
Primary Responsibilities
Support the communication objectives for designated business line.
Create multi-channel communication strategies to convey important information to existing bank clients, aiming to maximize retention and engagement.
Develop and write content for external communications, including email, direct mail, and in-experience messaging, ensuring alignment with the brand.
Ensure the consistent and successful execution of customer-focused communication initiatives that align with the brand.
Evaluate and measure results to optimize projects and return on investment (ROI).
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure strategy and content are clear, branded, and compliant.
Utilize various tools and resources, including AI technologies, to enhance communication strategies and improve efficiency
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure that all communication programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies.
Complete projects on time and on budget, as outlined in project plans.
Provide communication resources, expertise and guidance for business line leaders.
Communicate effectively with senior management.
Stay aware of changing market dynamics and collaborate with partners to test and learn new ways to engage and communicate with customers and prospects.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field is preferred; MBA is a plus.
6+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications with a proven ability to deliver results.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
Experience developing direct client communications within various communication channels such as email, postal mail, social media, website, etc.
Critical thinker who can problem solve and collaborate to identify opportunities and priorities.
Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment, adapting to the changing market dynamics. Demonstrates agility in thinking and delivery.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Ability to interact and effectively communicate with U.S. Bank leadership.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, ensuring they are delivered on target, on time, and on budget.
Proficient in software and programs necessary for this position.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
