Client Care Team Member

Anderson Moores Veterinary Specailists are recruiting for a professional Client Care Team Member to join the Client Care Team on site in Winchester. This position is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, 8 hours a day Monday - Friday with Weekend/Bank Holiday cover as needed/Rota.

The role of a Client Care Team Member requires a forward-thinking, articulate and organised individual who works well under pressure.

Duties include:

Meeting and greeting clients in a professional, yet sensitive mannerAnswering the telephone, dealing with queries, transferring calls, and taking messages where applicableLiaising with referring vets and accurately recording detailsUpdating in-house notes system clearly and accuratelyCoordinating appointments with the animals ownersDiscussing finances and pet Insurance detailsTaking card and cash paymentsAccurately carrying out departmental filingBuilding good working relationships with colleagues at all levelsAssisting with any other ad hoc duties when requested

The role involves shift working, with a combination of early and late shifts, on a fixed two-week rota. Occasional weekend and Bank Holiday cover is also required.

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

Possess excellent communication skillsBe passionate about animalsBe able to provide first class customer serviceBe eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Previous customer service experience is essential. Reception experience is desirable; however not essential as full training will be given.
