Veterinary Specialty Hospital (VSH) Roseville, a leader in advanced veterinary care, is seeking a Client Care Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced client service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you’re passionate about leadership, client experience, and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you.Compensation:$28.00 - $32.00/hr Compensation is highly competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.About the Job:As the Client Care Supervisor, you will work directly with the Hospital Manager to maintain and enhance the highest level of service for our clients and referring veterinary practices. You will lead, support, and manage the Client Care team to ensure a consistent, positive, and professional experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service across all client touchpointsSupervise daily client service operations, ensuring efficiency and productivityFoster open communication and collaboration between departmentsEvaluate staffing needs based on client volume and workflowCollaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR during hiring processesOversee onboarding and training for all new Client Care staffDevelop and maintain standardized training protocolsConduct timely performance reviews and provide regular feedbackMentor and coach team members, promoting a culture of growth and developmentEnforce hospital policies and proceduresAddress staff concerns, encourage engagement, and cultivate a positive team environmentManage disciplinary actions with support from HR when necessaryAbout You:Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred – or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years in a supervisory and client relations role preferredStrong multi-tasking, prioritization, and delegation skillsDemonstrated ability to manage difficult situations calmly and professionallyClear and professional communicator, able to build rapport with staff, clients, and referring veterinariansHighly organized with a proactive approach to leadership and team managementVeterinary industry experience is helpful but not requiredBenefits:Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)401(k) retirement planEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Vacation and sick leave Uniforms providedVetBloom access for RACE-approved CE, training, and curriculumOpportunities for growth and advancement
