Client Care Supervisor – VSH Roseville Location: Roseville, CA
Schedule: 10 hour shifts
Veterinary Specialty Hospital (VSH) Roseville, a leader in advanced veterinary care, is seeking a Client Care Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced client service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Compensation: $28.00 - $32.00/hr Compensation is highly competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. About the Job: As the Client Care Supervisor, you will work directly with the Hospital Manager to maintain and enhance the highest level of service for our clients and referring veterinary practices. You will lead, support, and manage the Client Care team to ensure a consistent, positive, and professional experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service across all client touchpoints
+ Supervise daily client service operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
+ Foster open communication and collaboration between departments
+ Evaluate staffing needs based on client volume and workflow
+ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR during hiring processes
+ Oversee onboarding and training for all new Client Care staff
+ Develop and maintain standardized training protocols
+ Conduct timely performance reviews and provide regular feedback
+ Mentor and coach team members, promoting a culture of growth and development
+ Enforce hospital policies and procedures
+ Address staff concerns, encourage engagement, and cultivate a positive team environment
+ Manage disciplinary actions with support from HR when necessary
About You:
+ Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred – or equivalent experience
+ Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory and client relations role preferred
+ Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and delegation skills
+ Demonstrated ability to manage difficult situations calmly and professionally
+ Clear and professional communicator, able to build rapport with staff, clients, and referring veterinarians
+ Highly organized with a proactive approach to leadership and team management
+ Veterinary industry experience is helpful but not required
