This is a results-focused role ideal for someone with a competitive edge and a passion for personal growth. ** ** **What** **You’ll** **Bring to Our Team** + A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to exceed performance and sales goals + Confident, outgoing personality and a customer-first approach + Detail-oriented and organized—someone who can multitask under pressure + Reliable and accountable—you're someone your team can count on + Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment + High school diploma or equivalent + Level 1 Insurance License is an asset—but not required + Flexibility to float between our Agassiz and Hope branch locations, based on operational needs ** ** **A Day in the Life** + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners + Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets + Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more + Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics + Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory **Salary Expectations –** The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
