Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is a contract position, providing support to meet client needs and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate expertise in design software. Responsibilities: • Coordinate with brokers to ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication. • Prepare and assemble vouchers with accuracy and attention to detail. • Order property signage and manage related logistics. • Create tour books and conduct surveys to support client presentations. • Utilize InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to design and edit materials for property marketing. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client deliverables. • Maintain a focused demeanor while managing multiple tasks and deadlines. • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently. • Leverage prior knowledge of commercial real estate to enhance project outcomes. • Support administrative tasks, including email campaigns and document preparation. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. • Familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is strongly preferred. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Dependable and capable of managing deadlines in a fast-paced setting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Previous experience in commercial real estate is a plus.
