Client Advocate
**Description** At WTW, the Client Advocate serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our clients. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service, driving client retention, and identifying growth opportunities through tailored solutions. The successful candidate will own the overall client experience, proactively manage relationships, and align WTW’s offerings with client needs. + Proven experience in client relationship management + Strong strategic thinking and communication skills + Proficiency in managing complex accounts and delivering innovative solutions + Demonstrates a professional, client-first mindset + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment + This role is primarily working on a team within the WTW Nashville office with other accounts around the southeast region + Support existing accounts and new business + Strong teamwork, trust, and communication are very important + Industry focus will be construction, healthcare, higher ed, and others + Insurance coverages include all lines – Property, Casualty, Executive Risk, Cyber, Professional, Builders Risk, etc. The Role: + **Strategic Leadership and Client Advocacy:** + Develop, execute, and own client strategy in alignment with business objectives. + Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for the client within WTW. + **Relationship Management:** + Retain an existing book of business through deep and lasting relationships. + Build trust and credibility with decision-makers and key stakeholders within WTW and with our clients. + Work on new business opportunities within the team, including RFPs and oral presentations + **Client Deliverables:** + Design and deliver client presentations, proposals, advocacy reports, service plans, and schedules. + Provide timely responses to client questions. This may include contract review and coverage questions. + Assist with inquiries about certificates and billings with the assistance of the Associate Client Advocate + **Solution Expertise & Education:** + Educate clients on WTW’s full suite of offerings and solutions. + Identify cross-sell opportunities and align products and services to client needs. + **Operational Excellence:** + Manage the Engagement 365 client plan, ensuring alignment with performance and service goals. + Alongside the team, help with new business, including RFP responses + Follow up proactively on client requests to ensure satisfaction and seamless service. **Qualifications** The Responsibilities: + Ideally 8+ years of experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance in client facing and/or broking roles + Must achieve and maintain P&C and surplus lines licenses in multiple states and complete various continuing education activities as needed + Deep understanding of the renewal process, coverage forms, and WTW analytical models + Proficient in identifying coverage gaps, interpreting insurance programs, and delivering strategic consultation + Exceptional verbal and written communication, including presentations and technical client conversations + Skilled managing large and complex clients and meeting deadlines + Proficient in Microsoft Office suite + Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic environments + Actively fosters a collaborative team culture, leads key workstreams, and supports peers with positivity and encouragement + Guides others with clear direction and feedback, driving high-performance outcomes + Maintains integrity, accountability, and a service-oriented approach in all professional interactions + Insurance industry designations preferred but not required **This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until a sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.** Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $150,000.00-$175,000.00 USD annually. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
