You will be providing accurate and timely financial services to support the daily operation and financial reporting of one of our top agencies within the group. You will join our small but mighty team of Finance talents and work under the guidance of our Finance Manager, whilst having autonomy and the opportunity to sink your teeth into deeper finance responsibilities. Furthermore, our Groupe’s connected platform will enable you to fulfil career ambitions in a business large enough to accommodate them. Day to day you’ll be: Ensuring the profitability of jobs across all clients Monthly WIP management and job detail review with Account Services Providing appropriate approvals for Accrual and Deferrals as part of revenue recognition review Inputting into Revenue rolling forecasting, providing detail on job status and project phasing Completing New Client requests, ensuring appropriate and complete details provided Maintenance of SAP to ensure Client information and Rate Cards are up to date and correct Follow up on Client Estimates ensuring appropriate approvals received Managing and approving monthly client and intercompany invoicing Following up on Outstanding Job POs Managing Job Close process Time sheet management and time reconciliation reporting Assisting in collating Revenue reports and backup for Internal, FMC and External Audits Assisting in Client Audits Completing Groupe Client reporting Ad hoc Client Reporting Providing SAP training to new starters in Account Service & Production and responding to queries Building positive relationships with Account Services team – regular and open communication Working with management on improving internal efficiencies, and optimising operating processes What you can bring: Bachelor’s Degree, Certificate or Diploma of Business/Accounting Strong accounting knowledge and skills in budgeting, forecasting and reporting Highly proficient in Excel with ability to manage large volume of data and complex spreadsheets.
