**Overview**
**Role Overview:**
We have an exciting opening for a **Client Accountant** to join our talented and diverse team. You will be providing accurate and timely financial services to support the daily operation and financial reporting of one of our top agencies within the group. You will join our small but mighty team of Finance talents and work under the guidance of our Finance Manager, whilst having autonomy and the opportunity to sink your teeth into deeper finance responsibilities.
Furthermore, our Groupe’s connected platform will enable you to fulfil career ambitions in a business large enough to accommodate them.
**Day to day your day will involve:**
+ Ensuring the profitability across all client jobs
+ Lead monthly WIP reviews with Account Services
+ Review and approve accrual and deferrals for revenue recognition
+ Contribute to revenue forecasting and project phasing
+ Set up new clients with accurate and complete details
+ Maintain SAP client data and rate cards
+ Collaborate with Account Service on client estimates and approvals
+ Manage monthly client and inter-company invoicing
+ Track outstanding POs and manage job closures
+ Oversee timesheet compliance and reconciliation reporting
+ Support internal and external audits with revenue reporting and documentation
+ Complete Groupe and ad hoc client reporting
+ Provide SAP training and support to Account Service and Production teams
+ Foster strong relationships with Account Service through regular communication
+ Work with management to improve finance processes and operational efficiency
**What You Can Bring**
+ Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent) in Business or Accounting
+ 2-3 years of relevant experience working within a finance / accountancy team (experience in media or advertising is a bonus!)
+ Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting
+ Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to handle complex data
+ Proficient in SAP, comfortable training and up-skilling others
+ Strong attention to detail and time management skills
+ Clear and confident communication techniques
+ A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
+ Collaborative approach with a focus on integrity and trust
