Are you a strategic, solution-oriented thinker and an excellent team player? Do you have a proven track record in dealing with challenging conversations with High Net Worth (UHNW) clients and handling administrative work with meticulousness?
We’re looking for a Client Account Manager (AO) in our bank to join Special Client Situation Desk which deal with clients with compliance issues as well as clients whom the Bank has deemed outside our target market.
We are looking for someone who:
• Will assist the SCSD Client Advisors in managing sensitive accounts.
• Likes challenges, self-motivated, independent, innovative, and able to think strategically with a clear mind under pressure.
• Is empathetical, shows interest in KYC and cultural sensitivity, willing to engage both internal stakeholders and clients constructively and delivers a good client experience.
• Is organized, meticulous, and able to handle large volumes of client servicing and meet deadlines.
• Loves collaboration and building network within the Bank and builds well-rounded knowledge in dealing with all clients’ special situations across all markets.
• Has an acute sense of risk management and displays a high-standard risk-based approach when dealing with complex issues.
• Eager to improvise and sees this front-line role as an opportunity to contribute and update Bank risk management and other SOPs.
