Job DescriptionAs an Account Director within the Client Management team, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, coordinating Jellyfish team members and ensuring our high standards for deliverables and output are met. This role will have a focus on Paid Media Clients, you will effectively articulate the role of paid media channels, and identify how they can deliver against client business objectives.Your primary responsibilities will include:
A strong understanding of paid and owned digital channels, allowing for strategic directorship across your account(s)Possess a strong understanding of everyday fundamental tools for paid media including KPI success metrics and reporting dashboardsThe ability to implement process that improve efficiency and overall success. Examples include effective meeting agendas and contact reports, task management systems, Salesforce management, finance and billing process.Ability to support strategic leadership across your accounts. Examples include client playbooks, strategic response to brief (RTB), QBR guidance, learning agendasReporting into the Client Partner, you will support the ambition to achieve growth in existing client net revenue, including activating new products, initiating new projects, and increasing media spendingQualificationsProven experience managing multi-channel paid media accounts, demonstrating success across various platforms.Highly articulate and comfortable discussing key paid media channels, including social, programmatic, video, and search, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.Up-to-date and genuinely interested in AI developments within the media space, particularly how they impact paid media strategies and outcomes.Possesses a strong strategic understanding of the media funnel, capable of critically evaluating media plans against defined objectives and identifying areas for optimisation.Direct experience running multi-channel and/or multi-market client accounts, showcasing an ability to navigate diverse campaign needs and audiences.Demonstrated expertise in monitoring client health indicators, such as profitability, growth opportunities, and overall client well-being.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
