Manages a high-level book of business focused on Tier 1 accounts and high-level prospects. Cultivate and advance relationships with existing and new customers to win new profitable and sticky revenue. Highly versed in cross sell of all Lines of Business and develops strategic plans around whitespace growth. Identify and map white space in all owned accounts; penetrate areas to grow business at existing customers.
High touchpoints with customers and prospects to increase wallet share, developing network within accounts and prospects to increase awareness of CH IS capabilities. Track activities, opportunities, and accounts through CH tools, utilizing insights to craft strategies and cross-sell opportunities to create richer relationships with existing customers, cementing stickiness and provider-of-choice relationships
