Purpose of the Role\:
The Workforce Development Clerk supports Worley’s mission of “Delivering Sustainable Change” by coordinating and maintaining workforce development and administrative processes that enable teams to perform effectively. This role provides essential support for training, documentation, and workforce capability initiatives, helping to build a skilled and engaged workforce that is prepared to deliver sustainable solutions across energy, chemicals, and resources projects.
Key Responsibilities\:
Coordinate workforce development activities, including training schedules, attendance tracking, and documentation of employee development programs.
Maintain accurate records of certifications, training completions, and workforce qualifications to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of reports and metrics related to workforce capability, training progress, and development initiatives.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes by ensuring new employees are enrolled in required training and development programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify skills gaps and schedule training to address workforce needs.
Assist with document processing, record retention, purchasing requests, and other administrative tasks as needed to support workforce operations.
Troubleshoot issues related to training systems, employee records, or process workflows, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Contribute to a culture of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence by supporting initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and engagement.
*Qualifications / Skillset\:
Technical school diploma, associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience in administrative support or workforce coordination, preferably in energy, chemicals, or resources industries.
Familiarity with workforce development processes, including training, certifications, and compliance tracking.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
Proficiency with systems, processes, and tools related to recordkeeping, reporting, and training management.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
