What You’ll Do:

Coordinate non-emergency and emergency inter-facility patient transports. Dispatch transport units and manage scheduling to ensure timely service. Handle ambulance billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing transport and billing inquiries. Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports. Accept and process payments from customers. Support monthly financial closings and collaborate with collection agencies when needed. Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and service excellence.
