Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of service tickets while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate across departments and gain valuable experience in revenue capture and administrative support. Responsibilities: • Process a high volume of service tickets with precision and efficiency to meet deadlines. • Ensure accurate closure of service tickets to capture all revenue from provided services. • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve outstanding issues and discrepancies promptly. • Maintain well-organized and accurate files to support efficient operations. • Address discrepancies by working closely with colleagues to ensure timely resolutions. • Assist the finance team with administrative tasks and adhere to accounts payable policies. • Follow company procedures and policies to ensure compliance in all billing-related activities. Requirements • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. • Excellent organizational skills, particularly when managing high volumes of work. • Ability to communicate effectively through written correspondence. • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving team needs. • Familiarity with finance operations, billing, and accounts payable processes. • Effective time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently.
