**Clerk, Accounts Payable** Stryker is hiring a Clerk for the Accounts Payable team. The Service Delivery Clerk will support by processing vendor invoices, assisting with invoice validation, and maintaining proper documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Accounts Payable within a global environment **Work Flexibility: Hybrid.** The candidate must reside within a commutable distance to Heredia, Costa Rica and is expected to be onsite at the facility multiple times/week. **What you will do:** + Assist in the processing of vendor invoices within established timelines. + Support the team in verifying invoice data and checking for completeness. + Perform basic quality checks and flag inconsistencies when identified. + Keep process documentation updated and notify when updates are needed. + Respond to simple AP-related inquiries via email. + Maintain accurate records and support internal audits when required. + Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. + Perform other related duties as assigned by management. **What you will need** _Required_ **:** + High school diploma required; currently pursuing or completing technical studies or associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus. + No prior work experience required, but 6+ months in administrative, finance, customer service, or similar environments is a plus. + Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel). + Intermediate English level; able to understand and communicate in a business environment. _Preferred_ : + Familiarity with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle or JDE. + Experience in shared service environments.
