Our dedicated staff is here to ensure a smooth experience from the very beginning, handling everything from scheduling appointments to completing the registration process efficiently and with care. *How you will contribute* A Clerical Specialist-PBX/Telecomm who excels in this role: Operates multiple-call switchboard console and routes calls to the appropriate person or location Greets vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors, and assures that they are escorted to the proper office. Communicates effectively with front desk hospital volunteers and provides excellent customer service to the facility.
