Position: Clerical Billing Assistant

Location: Joe Basil Chevrolet - 5111 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043

Schedule: Full Time Five-day work week – Includes evenings and rotating Saturdays

Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour (Based on knowledge and experience)

Responsibilities:Break down all retail/wholesale dealsBill all DealsProcess all DMV paperwork, send to DMV, and complete DMV corrections as neededMaintain Dealer PlateMaintain Book of Registry/VERIFITrivin (process DMV registrations)Scanning deals into CDKFilingCall banks for title/lien release updates*Job description and duties are not limited to those specified above and are subject to change based on business growth and demands*

Valid Driver’s License required​ for all positions
