This position will provide clerical support within the organization to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position you will serve as the first point of contact to all customers by answering telephone calls, greeting customers and directing them as appropriate, and answering radio communications. Register and schedule employee trainings as instructed and arrange lodging for trainings, as well as enter expenses for reimbursement. Maintain an inventory of equipment repair parts and supplies, reconcile all WEX fuel receipts, and prepare a variety of correspondence and reports as instructed. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: + Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or + Graduation from high school; or + An equivalent combination of experience and training.
