One of our public sector clients are seeking an experienced Administrative temporary worker to join their team as a Case Administrator.
This is an office-based role, and the ideal applicant will be happy to commute to the heart of Bath (BA2) daily. This is initially a temporary role until October 2025, although this likely to be extended beyond that time. The role is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. normal working hours will be around the hours of 9am - 5pm. The pay rate is £12.21 per hour.
Your role will be to provide Admin support to allocated cases from designated staff members/teams as part of the department that facilitates offender tagging & monitoring
You will have a hand in the following: -
" Setting up and maintaining accurate information on internal databases.
" Spreadsheet Management"
" Liaising with a multitude of Departments & agencies to collate necessary information.
" Dealing with telephone queries from service users and external / internal bodies"
" Receive and distribute relevant information and communications in an appropriate manner.
" Setting up video links with prisons.
" Maintenance of various Microsoft Software packages including Excel & Word based detail
" Liaising with offenders to discuss / organise appointments.
" Possible cover of reception when required.
" The post holder must adhere to all policies in regards to sensitive/confidential nature of the information handled whilst working in this position.
