Summary

The salary range for this role is $18 to $20 per hour.*

Performs clerical duties in support of Service Center Operations. Provides information as needed to Service Center staff and management. Requires good organizational and communication skills as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Duties and Responsibilities

Receive parts ordered from vendors into Service Management Software SystemManage part and merchandise returns to vendorsConduct physical inventories of parts and merchandiseMaintain files of invoices and shipment tracking documentsCommunicate repair status and answer questions from customersOther tasks as directed by management

Required Education, Experience, and Certifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions
Retail/Warehouse Environment – Exposure to varying temperatures and may include working inside and outside in heat/cold. May encounter sounds/noises of varying levels.
