Cleanroom Technician
**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician** **Responsibilities** + Use hand tools for assembly tasks, including screwdrivers, tweezers, and wrenches. + Conduct manual labeling and print manual labels. + Prep components for printed circuit boards. + Conduct a variety of tests on electronic components for failures and quality. + Pack orders following final build processes in an assembly environment. + Tape and mask parts on printed circuit boards to prepare them for various coating processes. + Inspect component leads as necessary per documentation and IPC workmanship standards. + Assemble and stuff components into printed circuit boards based on verbal and written instructions. + Perform quality inspections at each stage to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards. + Understand test processes in a contract manufacturing environment and build and test assemblies/products. + Perform assembly of materials into product cartons and complete pre-assembly work of stocking assembly lines. + Apply labels, collate materials, and assemble materials into packages following oral instructions and package samples. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand tools and measuring devices. + Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions. + Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical assemblies. + Soldering skills preferred. + Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly. + Great hand dexterity and organizational skills. + Ability to work overtime and in a team environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + 1 year of general assembly or manufacturing experience. + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. + Ability to identify and apply very small components in very small spaces without damage. **Work Environment** This role is situated in an electronic manufacturing environment, requiring candidates to perform basic manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced assembly setting.
