**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician Can start ASAP** **Job Description** The Cleanroom Technician will utilize various tools for different assemblies, including screwdrivers, hand tools, tweezers, wrenches, ratchets, drills, crimpers, and other measuring devices, occasionally working with microscopes. Multiple departments require a sharp candidate capable of quickly mastering complex processes. The technician will be cross-trained at multiple stations throughout the building and will rotate stations daily. This role demands excellent hand dexterity, understanding of measurements, knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical assemblies, soldering skills are preferred, ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, strong organizational skills, and a capacity to work overtime in a team environment. **Responsibilities** + Rotate stations daily and become proficient in various processes. + Conduct manual labeling, printing manual placed labels, and help out with various tasks across departments. + Form and inspect component leads as per documentation and IPC workmanship standards using prep machines and hand tools. + Assemble and stuff components into printed circuit boards based on verbal and written instructions. + Perform quality inspections at each stage to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards. + Understand test processes in a contract manufacturing environment and build/test assemblies/products. + Perform assembly of materials into product cartons, stock assembly lines, apply labels, collate materials, and assemble packages. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand tools. + Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions. + Detail-oriented approach to work. + Capability to lift 25 pounds regularly. + Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical assemblies. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + 1 year of general assembly or manufacturing experience. + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. + Experience with soldering is preferred. **Why Work Here?** This is a great opportunity to grow within a company that has recently won a bid on a large project.
