Cleanroom Medical Packager
**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician** **Job Description** As a Cleanroom Technician, you will be responsible for operating stretch wrappers and utilizing the warehouse management system to manage inventory and locations. You will work closely with other material handlers, production operators, and manufacturing assistants to ensure production areas are serviced efficiently. This role requires knowledge of manufacturing paperwork documentation procedures for forklift operations and the ability to complete forms accurately. **Responsibilities** + Operate stretch wrapper safely and efficiently. + Utilize the warehouse management system to check manufacturing inventory and locations. + Complete manufacturing paperwork documentation for warehouse materials using a forklift. + Collaborate with material handlers, production operators, and manufacturing assistants to service production areas. + Assist less experienced material handlers as needed. + Maintain an accurate and orderly warehouse inventory by placing manufacturing products in proper locations. + Ensure compliance with all manufacturing facility safety and quality policies and procedures. + Promote orderliness and cleanliness of work areas in support of company standards such as AIB/5S. + Support and participate in LEAN, 5S, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement programs. + Understand customer production requirements and strive to meet or exceed expectations. + Stop any manufacturing process that does not meet food safety or customer quality production requirements. + Handle hazardous and other chemical waste in compliance with manufacturing procedures and training. + Accumulate, mark, containerize, handle, store, ship, and prepare records and shipping papers/manifests for chemical wastes to ensure warehouse compliance. **Essential Skills** + Experience in cleanroom environments. + Knowledge of medical device packaging. + Ability to follow work instructions and assembly processes. + Proficiency in inspection and kitting processes. + Hand dexterity and attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment. + Ability to stand all day. + Willingness to provide two references. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that offers a clean work environment with a set schedule. The dress code prohibits snow boots, open-toed shoes, profanity on clothing, cologne, jewelry, and perfume. Work hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and candidates must be comfortable standing all day. Employees have access to lockers where they can bring their own locks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SAINT PAUL, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
