**Job Title: Assembler (2nd Shift)** **Job Description** Join the underfill and staking department, where you will perform small parts assembly and gluing under a microscope. This manual work involves the use of coatings and epoxies. Think of it as piping a cake, but with precision and detail. **Responsibilities** + Inspect work for defects and replace parts as needed. + Inspect products using a microscope. + Follow documentation and procedures accurately. + Mask and demask components. + Utilize basic component identification skills. **Essential Skills** + Experience working under a microscope. + Ability to read, write, and comprehend English fluently. + Comfortable working with epoxy and RTV silicone. + Proficiency in using hand tools like torque drivers and screwdrivers. + Basic math skills and ability to recognize and distinguish colors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred but not required. + Experience with automatic paste, epoxy, and Loctite dispensers is a plus. + Comfortable sitting and working under a microscope for extended periods. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy robust benefits, including IPC A-610 certification, a potential pay increase upon direct hire, and a wellness-focused environment.
