Cleaner – Help Keep a Global Energy Site Running Smoothly

Location: ConocoPhillips, Seal Sands, Middlesbrough (TS2 1UH)
Pay:  £12.60 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern:

Early Shift: 07:00 – 14:30

Late Shift: 12:00 – 19:30

Important: This site is in a remote location. A valid UK driving licence and your own reliable transport are essential. Public transport is not available.

Your Role – More Than Just Cleaning

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused Cleaner to join our team at ConocoPhillips’ Seal Sands site. Working with Sodexo, you’ll play a key role in keeping this global energy leader’s facilities clean, safe, and ready for daily operations. Your work will directly support teams powering energy solutions around the world.

What You'll Be Doing

Cleaning offices, washrooms, kitchens, corridors, and communal areas

Following scheduled cleaning routines to ensure high standards are met

Spotting and reporting hazards or maintenance needs

Working both independently and with a supportive facilities team

Always following health, safety, and hygiene procedures

What You’ll Bring

A can-do attitude and pride in keeping spaces clean and safe

Good attention to detail and time management

The ability to work alone or as part of a team

Reliability, responsibility, and strong communication skills

Essential: UK driving licence and access to your own transport
