Key Responsibilities:

Deliver cleaning services in line with the agreed cleaning schedules and SLAs. Work both independently and as part of a team to complete all tasks effectively. Follow all Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures. Maintain your designated area to a high standard, completing daily, weekly, and periodic tasks as instructed by the Cleaning Supervisor. Ensure cleaning equipment is clean, safe, and well maintained. Understand the full scope of your cleaning area and tasks, including time allocations and specifications. Use only approved cleaning materials and chemicals in line with Mitie's guidelines. Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with site users and colleagues. Use appropriate warning signs to ensure health and safety during cleaning tasks. Comply with site rules and procedures at all times. Carry out any other cleaning duties as requested by your supervisor or line manager.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar cleaning role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided. Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision. A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a professional attitude. Commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
