We are hiring a **Clean Room/ Metrology Engineer** to join our **Parlin, NJ** team.
The **Clean Room/ Metrology Engineer** provide technical support and maintain all tools in the cleanroom, while developing robust Quality control Testing.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
+ Leads projects and efforts to upgrade cleanroom facility and tools including the commissioning and procuring of new tools.
+ Transition product testing from older models to new and more sophisticated semiconductor tools.
+ Monitor clean room environments to ensure compliance with cleanliness and environmental control standards.
+ Design, implement, and optimize clean room protocols and procedures.
+ Maintain documentation related to clean room activities, including validation protocols, maintenance records, and compliance reports.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve clean room Testing issues, ensuring testing is meeting requirements in quality and uniformity.
+ Oversee and perform the maintenance and calibration of clean room equipment and systems.
+ Monitor testing performance and critical parameters in the clean room to proactively correct trends.
+ Analyze and review tools performance at Statistical Process Control meetings.
+ Resolve inquiries from customers regarding product complaints and implement programs to improve quality and testing performance at customers.
+ Lead quality investigations, as assigned, from customer complaints or defects.
+ Develop and Improve test methods for new product and enhance utilization of semiconductor Tools.
+ Trained personnel on new tools and procedures.
+ Develop and maintain a robust MSA program for all Lab tools.
**Qualifications:**
+ BS degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Metrology, etc.), Material Science
+ 5+ years Semiconductor experience
+ Lithography equipment and Process knowledge
+ Deep lithography metrology knowledge, gained through hands-on Experience.
+ Strong technical, analytical, and functional skills
+ Six Sigma preferred trained.
+ Experience with Statistical Analysis software
+ Demonstrated computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Previous experience and knowledge of polyimide/photoresist
+ Process safety management knowledge and experience.
+ Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to influence leadership and peers; able to take a "hands-on" approach to drive change and get results.
+ Effective communication, collaboration, and a willingness to share knowledge to help the team succeed.
+ Prioritize and manage multiple, complex, time-sensitive projects.
+ Manage and lead both strategic long-term programs/projects as well as address short-term operational issues.
